Lately, everyday I have been reading a lot of articles about "Black Lives Matter" and all about "George Floyd" and how as a knee jerk reaction to the Global Out Cry every Police Department in every State in USA is modifying Rules and Regulations of Conduct for the Police Force.
That is a Great Start, but then similar problems have plagued the Police Force in USA since USA was Born and tweaking rules have achieved nothing.

One should wonder why all police forces in different States of USA do not have one Common Rule Book to follow and adhere to ?
If Rules for the Police Force vary in each and every State it is no wonder police in certain States abuse their authority more than other states.
What if the entire Police Force in USA is Governed by the Rules of Enactment as established by the Federal Govt away from State Politics ?
Personally I have been to USA once so as an individual I am not in a position to take a stand based on my personal experience and this means eveyone deserves the benefit of the doubt meaning the police and the criminals
In my honest opinion in every Race irrespective of skin colour and every Religion does not matter which faith and even amongst men and women we have "The Good The Bad and the Ugly of Varying Degrees" and that means you have the Good Cops and Bad Cops be they white Black Brown or Olive or Yellow whatever. and Criminals can be white Black Brown or yellow too.
Does not matter what rules are formed and what the rule book says "decisions are taken" by the Police men and women both white and black and every colour in between on the Spur of the Moment based on how Safe or how threatened they feel as Police Officers.
Let us not forget that Police officers are someone's son or daughter, and a father or a mother and they are placing their lives at risk whilst trying to maintain law and order and combatting criminals.
Have you ever wondered why People Join the Police force where their lives are at constant danger to do the dirty job and for what ? No one guarantees their safety except the police force they belong to.
Now The same logic applies to the Blacks. Not all Blacks are criminals and not all white people angels either..
One Solution is staring me in the face which may not solve the Problems of Race totally as it is a mindset, yet might ease the situation is bit.
There are enough people from all races and all countries in every State in USA.
So when an emergency call is received, the ethnicity of the trouble maker or makers should be identified and the Police response should always have say three officers. One White, One Black and One Brown which to a large extent will eliminate racial prejudice in actions taken by the police..
In other words if the squad responding had had a Afro American in the team George Floyd could still be breathing. Don't you Think. The Asian Cop understandably was a rookie and afraid of the killer cop and George Floyd paid the Price with his Life.
In my Opinion all four Police officers are guilty to the same extent as not one of them tried to Save George Floyds life despite the man's repeated pleas saying "Officer I cannot Breathe". Not one but four Bad Cops Killed George Floyd.
This would mean that the police force should recruit equal numbers of Caucasians, Afro Americans, Puerto Ricans and Asians.
Every Police Response team should should be a Good Mix of all races and skin colour and even faith if possible
This does not make it perfect or foolproof but atleast will minimise racial abuse of criminals at the hands of the Police who are there to maintain law and order.
This is just an opinion piece for consideration
