It is Crazy that I went to bed at 3.00am last night and I was up by 6.00am, pondering about what was the "Most Valuable THING" in my Life???

Logical Brain said Life,Health,Love, Family & Friends, Pets, Success, Career, my Hobbies ( like Gardening and Singing and Blogging) and even Cars believe it or not. 

I had to Pick Just One thing. Period.

I was tossing and turning, when I heard Anand say "Bye" to his Mum as he left for work (assumed I was asleep as always at that time of the day). Next the Boss put her hand on my shoulder gave it a squeeze and asked "Why are you awake so early ?". The Golden Boy Bailey was surprised Dad was awake so early, got up and came to my side of the bed for a Cuddle. Next Lilo (our Grand Dog) jumped on the bed and gave my hand a kiss. Oh yes it was a lovely way to wake up.

I turned 74 on 10th December and will reach my 75th in Dec 2021. Man I almost died in 2000 and I am still around. So "My LIFE" has to the be Most Precious Thing. But then Imagined Life without anything else Sans Purpose. Would I choose Life then as most Precious ? Nah

The Answer was staring me in the Face. 

My Most Prized Possession in this Life are my "FRIENDS". 

There are hundreds of quotes and JPG files defining Friendship and I just chose the first four that appealed to me.

In fact my Entire Family is Blessed with Wonderful Friends who have shared our Joys and Sorrows all along our Journeys in Life

A Happy Marriage is when Husband and Wife are Good Friends, who love, respect and care each other and encourage and support each other. I feel Blessed even though we seem to be fighting like Cats and Dogs in Retirement especially in 2020 ( we need to learn from Bellsy and Bailey about not fighting like Cats and dogs). Must be the boredom of 2020 Lock downs, not being able to socialise and travel etc, that triggers fights. 

(It is already 11.00am I better go and make some lunch for the Boss)

What about Family I ask Myself ? 

Family we are born into and or embrace through marriages of other family members.

Needless to say not every Family Member is a Friend and a Well Wisher. 

So my definition of Friendship Includes Family Members who are your well wishers and love you for what you are and who you are and hence FRIENDS

Bailey my four legged Boy is my Best Buddy too and a GodSend. (BTW not all Dogs are my Friends), and My Princess Bellsy who disappeared on 12th January 2020 after 20 odd years, I miss her dearly. RIP wherever you are my Dearest.

To Celebrate My Friendship with all FRIENDS, I recorded a Song on Smule Last Night (Trust me I just Recorded that Song last night and had no clue about me waking up early this morning  and writing this article)

PS: Please don't sit in Judgement and ask me why I am "Talking instead of Singing", to put me down. Even Hemantda could not sing his own songs when he was 70 and I am 74 .
