In every family the Mother is often the disciplinarian all the time. She is like the High Court. Anything beyond her Control she passes it on to the Supreme Court the Father of the Family, who may be a softie but puts on a tough look and raises his voice making children tremble with fear and restores Law and Order.
For this very Reason Fathers are not very popular with naughty children. They see the Father as an angry orangutan and cuddle up with their mothers who passed the buck to the father in the first place
