Hard to Know What or Whom to believe these Days by Ram Krish
Lets put it this way .
Each one of us knows what we know.
What we know depends on What we get told by Family and Friends and the Media in the Country we Live in.
Media only tells you what they want you to Know, So you end up knowing what the media tells you
What we know and believe also depends on which side of the fence we are on on a given issue be it family matters, local community issues, National Issues or International Matters.
Then in democracies we have Party Politics and the endless Blame Game like between Republicans Vs Democrats in USA, Labour Vs Liberal in Australia and BJP Vs Anti BJP in India.
So there are so many variables on Issues like the Covid Pandemic and the Ukraine war.
Not to forget the abundance of Information (disinformation if one does not agree) on Social media Like FB, Twitter, Linked in and Whatsapp etc etc.
Whilst Ukraine War and Covid has killed many Information or Disinformation what ever you wish to call it has Killed TRUTH, Killed Long lasting Friendships and even driven wedges. between husbands and wives, brothers and sisters
But then with the threat of a possible Nuclear War and with 20,000 new Covid Cases in NSW yesterday alone, no one in his Right mind can afford to Turn a Blind Eye and Block all News and be an Ostrich
The Human Brain can only retain and process information to a limit and then confusion sets it.
