In 2001 I took an under 18 Australian school boys cricket team to India as Manager, for three games in Madras organised by VB chandrasekar who passed away recently and three at Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore. This was in Jan 2001 not long after my Brain Stem Stroke in April 2000 and I was still a mess, experiencing multiple TIA's every day and every time I turned my neck as any rotation of the neck was affecting the blood flow to the brain.
At this time a cousin of minein Madras perforemed Reiki on me and gave me a glass prism to keep and she took also me to see a Pranic healer. At that time of my life I had never heard of Reiki or Pranic Healing and it all sounded like mumbo jumbo.
This Pranic Healing Consultation turned out to be an awesome experience as my healer was just a 16 year old girl who knew nothing about me and the agreed fee was Rs100. My cousin kept telling me she was simply the best and had a natural gift to heal people with ailments.
She made me sit down on a chair and scanned and cleansed my Aura. After she had scanned my body aura thoroughly she said "Sir you have am amazingly huge Aura surrounding you and I have not come across many people with such strong auras. What does that mean I asked the girl ? She said " Sir that means people will be attracted to you always". Wow Never heard of this before so I felt flattered. "But, Sir the Aura around your neck is badly broken and almost non existent and this means all your health issues will be linked to your neck".
I just could not believe her diagnosis; it was perfect. A muni meaning an angry ghost choked my throat in Rameswaram in 1974, I was diagnosed in Sydney with a narrow airway which made intubation for general anaesthesia very very difficult. and diagnosed with severe sleep apnea in 1989. In 1996 I was hit by a six tonne truck from behind causing severe whip lash to my neck and for three years was seeing chiropractors and osteopaths for neck massages. I had near death experiences during three surgeries as the anaesthetists could not intubate me and I had stopped breathing and had to be resuscitated. in 2000 the right vertebral artery in my neck got blocked and I suffered an Ischemic Brain Stem Stroke.
How and why I survived God only knows but I did. The same vertebral artery dissection killed young Phil Hughes the Aussie cricketer when a fast ball hit him on his neck.
So Pranic Healing revealed to me news about an aura or an electric field around the body that I did not know about.
One thing led to another and I signed up for a weekend course in Pranic healing in Madras along with my niece.
I just attended a two day weekend course attended by about 30 people mostly ladies. On the second day I had a horrendous cold. Two large hankies of mine were soaking wet that was how bad it was so I wanted to get up and go home. Then one of the tutors told me to keep listening to the teachers whilst she stood behind me and treated my cold using Pranic Healing sans physical contact.
I did not believe in her ability to fix my cold yet within ten minutes my cold disappeared for good. Believe it or not.
I bought this amazing book on Pranic Healing and I remember lending the book to some one and the book never came back and I do not remember who I gave the book to.
Fast forward to October 2019. I have reconnected with a Group of Friends in Madras I had lost contact with. My friend Kumar reads my article on Body Currents and says "I like Rambo’s rambling. I wonder why you don’t dive deep, instead of swimming on the surface." and my response was "Diving deep requires too much effort. Floating on my back on the surface is easy and no sweat" and Kumar says "Take some effort man, to know who you are."
Meaning what I asked? Ok since you have made the effort already mate, you share your findings as to who you are and I will use that as a base to build on" I wrote.
Kumar says "Hahaha! I expected it. Every one of us is the same. There is a saying by Sathya Sai Baba that “Man minus Ego is equal to God “.
Now we have to find out what makes a Man, and what is Ego?
Here, though every person was the same at the time if first birth, now at present is having an Ego that represents his/her uniqueness.
Individual effort is required to identify his/her own Ego to deal with it.
Also it will help to know the composition of Man.
It is not only the physical body with the mind, there are other aspects to our being.
